This year's Weihnachtskonzert with the Hertel family felt… different. I mean, Eberhard Hertel, the legendary patriarch, wasn't there. That threw me for a loop, I'll admit. I've been going to their concerts for, like, forever. It's a whole family tradition, you know? Grandma, the kids, the whole shebang.
