1. Plan Your Build: Don't just wing it! Before you even think about endgame content, spend some time researching builds. There are tons of resources online – forums, wikis, YouTube channels – that can help. Seriously, this is critical; I learned the hard way!

2. Master the Passive Skill Tree: PoE 2's passive skill tree is HUGE. Understanding its mechanics is key to a successful build. Take your time, experiment, and don't be afraid to respec if something isn't working. There is a reset system (you just pay a cost) but it is worth it to get your build correct.

3. Focus on Itemization and Crafting: This is where a lot of the endgame power comes from. Learn about crafting, which is critical for upgrading your gear, and pay attention to the mods on your items. You'll want to pick up certain crafting benches to make the process easier. The game doesn't really explain a lot, you need to research this!

4. Take It Slow: Don't rush into the toughest content right away. Gradually increase the difficulty, and make sure your build and gear can handle it. This is really important if you want to have fun.
